Oracle has been one of our oldest customer. We started off with providing Quality Assurance frontend service to Oracle with just about 10-12 clients who were based in US and Europe. Later we extended our service to Australia based clients. Based on our performance, we were requested to perform the backend check as well. Gradually we started towards the development service and monitoring services of emails with about 76-80 clients. Looking at the quality of the service being provided, Oracle decided to take the employees in house with aqui hire model where the employees of Versatiletech were hired for Oracle to support their services. By the end of 2017, Versatiletech will be transitioning all its 175+ employees to Oracle. One of the major reasons for success is the 24/7 support that we provided across all the regions in the world and also never missing to meet the deadlines.
